Sheared screw on shifter help?

Well my dumbass managed to shear the screw off while installer my new shift lever earlier, wondering if any of y’all have any advice to get it out, I understand I’ll need a screw extractor, but there’s only so much room to work with, any and all help appreciated!!!

Rear hock upgrade/ rebuild

Hey guys, I just rebuilt my front forks and upgraded them with the racetech spring. Took it out this weekend for the Smokey 500. Really want to do something with the rear. What are my options? Is a rebuild worth it? I’m balling in a budget.
