My plays on Spotify have increased significantly over the past few weeks but my CDBaby account balance has not changed at all. Are the plays not getting reported to CDBaby or is CDBaby's accounting department not working correctly?

Recently i’ve wanted to make an OAC on Youtube, but since CD Baby has stopped the function, i’ve been lost in thought about how to make it happen. I just had an idea and want to ask to see if you think it’s possible. If I decide to change my distributor to Distrokid and post a song to the existing YT topic channel, after that if I request the OAC to merge the Topic, on which i’ve published two singles from CD BABY, with the regular channel, will that do the job?
