Removing Magwell on New Tac Pro 4.25

Good morning. Just picked up this bad boy the other day (1st 2011) and found a little time this morning to put on the more aggressive magwell that came with it along with the SRO I just got. Do I need a punch to remove the magwell? I’m learning my lesson to not jump into things before having all the info. Ha. I’ve stripped screws on our other firearms and don’t plan on doing that again. I couldn’t really find any info from Bul or anywhere else and figured I would ask here. AI said to use a 1.5 Hex wrench but that’s a no go. Can’t wait to hit the range on Sunday! 🔥. Thanks

Thoughts on buying a 5” Tac and getting ported after

Since it’s impossible to find a tac pro what are your guys thoughts on buying a tac and shipping it off to get ported. Has anyone done this that can compare it to the actual tac pro?

Tac pro 5” restock?

Trying to get my hands on a tac pro 5” does anyone have an idea of when they would be restocking or when the comp would be coming out?

Spitfire or Bullesteros? Why?

Hello. Want to get into Open division but can’t decide between Bullesteros or Spitfire. Leaning towards Spitfire but would love to get the perspective of guys with more experience with them. Thanks.

Any issues running an RMR HD or SRO with the Ejection Port? Pics of Optics on a Tac Pro for Bonus Points!

Hey Everyone. After much research and deliberation I have a Silver Tac Pro 4.25 on the way. I looked at everything for our 1st 2011 and almost pulled the trigger on other manufacturers but kept coming back to the Bul. Super Stoked. Love Ported guns (recently had my Shadow 2 grenade ported)! We have Holosun’s Sig Romeo’s and Vortex on other handguns but really want to run a Trijicon HD or SRO on this pistol. Does anyone have issues with the ejection port and overhang running these optics? I’ve seen pics of people running them but it looks really close. If so I’ll just grab a Holosun 507 Comp. Love that Dot and it works well with my Astigmatism. Thanks

Grip Safety Swap

I've a grip safety on an Ultralight that was misfit. I can drop the hammer without touching the grip safety. Bul Armory has had the gun twice and can't seem to get it working properly. The second time they had it, it was no longer within warranty but they took it when I told them that their first fix, under warranty, didn't fix the issue, so they took it again (and failed to fix it).

I've not shot the gun much since the last time they had it. It was a carry gun previous to these issues. It is now a safe queen.

I'd like to be able to carry it again, so I'm trying to fix it on my own.

I'm sure the grip safety was over-fitted. I'd like to install a new grip safety and fit the new part on my own - I just need to find a similar grip safety to start with.

I'm wondering if anyone else here has done this, and if so, what grip safety they swapped into their UL.

I'm looking at this - just waiting for them to get more in stock.

Bul Armory SAS II Tac Pro 5” & Ultralight Pro

I loved the 5” so much, I went and got his little brother for my EDC. Boy was it tough getting my hands on these.
