Curious…Should I Switch ?

I am currently a Mochi member and having success. Down 18lbs with only 4 lbs to my goal weight. I feel great and have enjoyed my experience with Mochi - no issues.
I am thinking about switching to Brello after my 6 month membership with Mochi is up for renewal.
My reasons being:
No membership costs
Prescription is less expensive
And perhaps even the main reason is the shipment of three month supply of medication. We travel quite a bit and even though I have been able to somewhat schedule my monthly delivery from Mochi, i know it will not always be so easy when we are out of town for extended periods of time.
I would love to hear your experiences on changing providers.
I am cautious to leave what has and is working to try Brello.
Thank you in advance for sharing your experiences in switching providers.

Brello Refund ?

Has anyone had success in getting a refund from Brello. I completely forgot to pause my subscription due to me being in the ICU for two months, getting out for a month, and then having a hip surgery a couple days ago. I didn’t need anymore medication because I still have 2 months from my last order due to me needing to stop it while in the hospital and for my hip surgery. They took the money out of my account but then sent an email saying I needed to complete the questionnaire to complete my order. I obviously didn’t do the questionnaire and sent about 2 emails and 3 other messages letting them know my situation. Also the address I have on file I’m not even at anymore and I don’t have a valid shipping address at the moment. When I log onto the portal it does say that it’s waiting for a practitioner to review and gives me a button to click that says “start visit“ which I’ve been using Brello for over a year and have never seen this message before. I’m hoping they will refund me as I’m drowning in $600,000 of medical bills and did not need to lose this $500 to medicine I’m barely taking anymore.

Was at 60+ units, then took a month off

I was doing 60+ units a week, but had to take a month off due to traveling. Definitely put on some vacation weight, and am ready to restart.

Does anyone here have experience on how to taper myself back in? Not medical advice, I still plan to talk to a pharmacist, more just sharing personal experiences.

Subscription Renewal Question

Hello all,

I called Brello this morning to reinstate my prescription. I am ordering within the BUD of my previous subscription, so I am expecting to receive the normal 15mg / week dosage. I noticed when I completed the form, my new order says "Tirzepatide 3 Month (Maintenance)" - is this because I am finally reaching the 15mg dosage and will be continuing at this dose? In my previous subscription, I was only on 15mg for the last month (as I was still titrating up). I am terrified that I am being kicked back down to 2.5mg. Is there anyway to know what I will be receiving ahead of time?

Brello refund update

just wanted to update you on my recent post, they cancelled the order and are sending a full refund. if this ever happens to you, do NOT immediately dispute with your bank as that will delay the whole process. they also answered me faster in the portal than through email. and to the negative nancy’s who were talking crap, please go outside and touch grass some of you need help😂

Anyone plateau once on the maintenance dose of Tirzepatide?
I have lost a total of 45lbs since starting last July, but still need to lose an additional 20lbs to get to my goal weight. Despite my efforts with working out, the last month has been rough. I haven’t been able to lose weight, I actually gained 5-8lbs. The food noise is always there.. I’m trying really hard to continue doing what I’m doing as far as food choices go. I feel since I got this last batch it’s like placebo doses. Haha
Has anyone gone through this ? And what have you done to help stay on track?

I went through the intake process, but at the end when selecting your state from the dropdown, Hawaii isn’t listed, even though Brello confirmed they serve it. Has anyone here successfully ordered through Brello and had medications shipped to Hawaii?

Hello! I just switched from Noom’s semaglutide microdose program to Brello and haven’t taken my first Brello dose yet.

My Noom dose: 0.6 mg (24 units)
Brello prescribed: 0.44 mg (9 units)

From what I can tell, that’s a lower dose, not equivalent… but Brello hasn’t clearly confirmed that and keeps giving me very vague answers when I ask.

For anyone who’s made this switch:
Did they lower your dose when you started?
Were you able to continue your previous dose without issues?
Did you notice a difference going from ~0.6 mg → 0.44 mg?

I tolerated 0.6 mg fine, so I’m trying to figure out if I should expect this to feel like a step back or if this is just standard protocol.
