Big win games taken away.

About a year ago I won big on a slot I have never been able to play it again. Fast forward to me playing yesterday and turning $30 in $1500 now I’m unable to play any game like the one I was playing and it’s not limited to bovada I also tried on ignition and cafe and these games won’t load. I’ve been in contact with support and nobody can give me an explanation. Waiting on a response from my second escalation. All the tell me is “you’re not eligible for any compensation” I never asked for that. I asked for my favorite games to work. Anyone have any non sister sites to recommend?

A friend of mine who’s very successful with crypto and gambling wants to use my account. I’m concerned that if he makes something like $50K in profit, I’d be the one responsible for the taxes since it’s under my name.

I won ~$6500 on Bovada about 3 weeks ago, and this is what I have been dealing with ever since. Literally nothing. Straight to $0 every time I deposit. Doesn’t matter which games. When I do manage to get in a bonus it looks like the picture above.
I’m relatively new to Bovada within the last few months, but is this normal after a big win?

I’m not kidding, not a single slot session has returned a penny of profit in the last 3 weeks since the day I won the $6500

Long story short, won about 14k a couple of days ago, did a $5k BTC withdrawal which I received yesterday. Did not touch anything on the account yesterday and woke up this morning with rhe message my account was disabled. Obviously I sent in the ID photos etc. Just wondering about the timing of all this as I had just won. There was no verify ID before the account was closed, they just shut it down with no warning or way for me to get it taken care of first.

Is this the policy there? Wait until people win something and lock them up with no recourse? Crazy.
