I'm getting lord for my gf (i have 500 hours on spiderman and she wanted to call me a good boy) and what is her shop actually used for

out of the 15 or so hours I've put into her I've only ever used the gambling rock and the fireball dude, everything else I've used like once

i can kinda understand how they're supposed to be used but from my experience the fish is dumb and if you use it once the flyers swap, the portal thing is just completely useless, the invis hat is just the same as not being on their screen to begin with, and the ball is dumb because... why is it there and what does it actually do

second question: how do i live & keep money on her (if you wanna see how i play one of my more bad game where I'm actually playing my best replay ids is 10732082614)

Look at how long you can be annoying on the point trying to kill supports that can literally disappear at any moment. Anyways invis is the best shop item and you should always be using that first then the dash if needed or vice versa to easily move around

season 7 has been my favorite when it came to the heroes. waited over a year for white fox when she appeared in leaks and i adore black cat as a marvel character. more fem/diva characters is a major plus in my book. fefe is officially added to my personal roster as my melee dive dps main. yes i know what showers are 🫧

enjoying a 5-day weekend bc my birthday is tuesday so i like to think black cat in marvel rivals was my birthday gift. took me 27 hours stat wise in qp only bc i didn’t wanna irritate teammates. lots of throwers, awol teammates, and smurf enemies. plan on getting her to champion before season 8 💕

I’ve heard several people say that black cat is underwhelming or bad or needs a buff. the purpose of my post as someone with 17 hours on her already (centurion lvl 17) is to prove that wrong and provide some clips that I’ve aquired in qp learning her and in ranked (gm3).

This character is so unbelievably busted it feels like a power fantasy whenever I play her. Sure, it’s not like this every single game because she has counters and some people are more competent and aware than others but still, it’s beyond ridiculous how broken this character is and as a result how nice she feels to play.

It feels like what bp should’ve been if the devs cared about the character (without shop) and she has soo many different play styles u can hard dive/flank or you can soft brawl with her, play her like bp doing dashes through people for money and she’s also insanely good for shreading tanks quickly and peeling for supports.

Just for some context my only dive experience is 180 hours of spiderman (champion lvl 63). Anyways here’s the clips I’ve gotten, feel free to leave a comment and discuss whatever!

Here are my thoughts on Black Cat as a GM1 player currently , celestial peak last szn (eternity early szns but i dont count that) wanting to main her and have been playing her sm...

- she is so fun, her mobility and double jumps and wall climbing , dashes .. its just chefs kiss

- as for her shop ive only really been using invis, fish, cc cleanse, and wall hacks .. havent seen much use yet for the tp and the gambling is fun sometimes .. i do think theyre gonna nerf the costs of them, being able to spam invis 3 times in a row is so OP when trying to get away after a kill

- her dmg i think is balanced .. the whip does such good aoe dmg and the lock on dash is priced perfectly for an i frame ability and it deals good dmg , if they do buff her id say just reduce the whip to 100 and the dash to 300 and your ability to manage coins would become so much easier

- as for her ult, i think its pretty OP . the near infinite range on the initial dash plus the 20% hp dmg + resets make her unstoppable when she starts , if they are gonna nerf anything id be okay with the ult as it is a little too good but overall i think shes in a balanced spot, not too OP like elsa on release but not too weak like blade .. i think shes a good A tier character
