Good time to buy

I’m pretty sure we are at or pretty close to the local bottom for Bittensor’s price. A majority of subnets are down fairly significantly. This is (probably) a really good time to buy. Smart traders/investors see downturns like this as exactly what they are — fantastic opportunities!! The TAO I’ve been accumulating over the past 4-5 days will be released from a hold tonight (I hope), and I’m going to use that opportunity to buy into subnets that:

  1. I have conviction in.

  2. Went down the most.

Buying at a discount and waiting until they recover. Always look at times like these as an opportunity to make some serious TAO!!!

Ditto

Man, I am SOOO jealous of whoever got into Ditto a month or more ago… imagine being up almost 700% in a month… this is the type of opportunity that Bittensor provides. And it’ll get even better as Bittensor becomes more popular. We will all be wealthy someday if we keep staking TAO and making smart subnet investments/trades. I just put a buy order for 2 more TAO @ $250 and I hope it hits! Keep buying it while it’s cheap!

Weekly Subnet Staking!

Every weekend on r/Bittensorsubnets, we are going to have a post for all members to share which subnets they are currently staked in! You can just list them, or you can provide a summary of why you are staked in each one. Totally up to you! Just try to include the subnet number so that it's easier for other members to look into them. Thank you!

BitTensor 'SN 95 Actual Computer' achieves running SN 95 directly on Windows 95

somehow this feels more important than it should be...

SN 95 on the BitTensor network is operated by Actual Computer Inc. Its primary goal is to build a decentralized AI inference network that routes everyday local computing devices (like consumer NVidia cards and Mac Minis) to serve real-world AI requests

Affine is the most undervalued subnet

I’ve done the research, and everything points to Affine being the single most undervalued subnet right now. We should all get in. The only question is when exactly to buy in. I’ll be watching it closely and I’ll let everyone here know when I buy in. It’ll be based on technical analysis and narrative. People are only now just realizing that it’s undervalued. It’s just a matter of time before it starts pumping. And I’m willing to bet it’ll pump for a good month or two at the least. It’ll definitely a medium to long term hold for me!

The new “conviction” system

I wanted to get people’s opinion on the new “conviction” upgrade to bittensor’s ecosystem. From what I understand, it won’t affect most of us directly. It’s designed to prevent rug pulls by locking the subnet owners alpha for a set amount of time. This will prevent shady subnet owners from basically pumping and dumping subnets. The longer their alpha is locked, the more conviction they are awarded. Others can lock their alpha as well, and they can choose which hotkey to lock it to. And this is not yet confirmed, but if a hot key other than the owners gains more conviction, it could take over the subnet!

The idea is to incentivize long term conviction by subnet owners and to reduce the chance of a rug pull. Most subnet owners will be locking their alpha. I personally think it’s a good idea and might help with price stabilization and prevent bad actors from pump and dump schemes. Some say it’ll incentivize attackers to take over subnets and another concern is that it adds even more complexity to an already complex ecosystem. What does everyone else think?

Sn 107 Minos

Hello

What’s happening with Minos extreme dump?!?
Probably the drop is around 50 to 60% from ATH..
Did I miss something ? Is this due to the conviction or something ?

Enlighten me please 🙏🏾
