I made an app called BitInstaller. It uses the Shizuku API to access Android/data and should work with:

BitLife, BitLife GO, CatLife, DogLife, BitLife BR, BitLife Español, BitLife DE, and BitLife FR

Disclaimer: Requires Android 13+ (API 33). Android 12 and below are not supported. Still in alpha so expect bugs.
