Hi, as the title suggests, I am having a problem with an order I made on May 4th. Basically, I am no longer receiving any answers on Whatsapp, so I do not know the order status.

It is strange because I already made orders here, the last in November, and everything was so great.

Has someone experienced something similar? Do you know how I could solve this?
