Engagement ring cant fit a normal wedding band around it so we had this right hand ring designed. Husband wants to redo it with 3 carat stones each (right now theyre 1.5 each).
Anyone have a similar style with bigger stones?
3.56 carat fancy vivid pink diamond, set in platinum and 14k rose gold. Size 6:5 finger.
So I live in a small town and didn’t grow up with wealth, I’ve been looking at rings, every time I mention the carat size, I get doubt about price or a comment about lab diamonds, I went to the salon and mentioned a new luxury bag my partner is going to purchase for me as a gift & they said “your partner must have a really good job” how do I push away small town gossip without explanation? I don’t want to have to break down partners accounts or justify anything OR have people assume it’s fake either (because tbh it’s not their business either way)

My husband and I decided to upgrade my ring for our 15 year wedding anniversary and I am so glad I listened to him and my jeweler and kept my original setting and just upgraded the center stone ❤️ previous center was a 1.22 ct natural round diamond, unsure of the color or clarity its been so long, and the new center is a 4.05 lab diamond, E VVS1 Ideal cut round..it was very important to my husband and I that I keep the original set as one of the side stones was the original one he proposed to me with that we incorporated when he upgraded for our 5 year anniversary, and then the wrap was the upgrade I got at our 10th ❤️ so in love with my husband and my "new" set!
