Just finished upgrading my Bersa BP9FS. Installed a B-Sight red dot and added an Olight weapon light.

Finally had a chance to shoot the Bersa Thunder 32 yesterday (along with my P-64). First shot at 7 yards was a bullseye!

The 32 is such a sweet shooter. It ate 100 rounds of the Winchester white box no problem. I was a little worried about the shorter rounds (flat nose) causing rim lock. The WWB .32ACP also did well in Gun Sam’s “real world” ballistic gel test. It’s also the only 32 I can find locally.

First few magazines the slide wouldn’t close on the first round. Had to really slam the mag in (hard enough it dropped the slide without hitting the slide release) but after 40 rounds (4 mags worth) it wasn’t an issue. I did make sure to clean/lube when I first got the gun.

I was perfectly fine with the Bersa being a fun range toy, but I was impressed enough to order a holster for it and it might become my new daily CCW (after shooting another couple boxes of ammo to verify reliability of course).

Added the green rubber grips. Can’t wait to take her to the range!

Recently purchased, will be cleaning it but havent found any decent IWB holsters, any recommendations?

Haven’t shot my thunder .380 in years and just noticed what appears to be a chipped barrel after a recent trip to the range.

Do I need a new barrel? Can a new barrel be had for less than what the gun costs?
