My Benelli TNT 150cc 2022 is lagging on throttle after full tank above 9 months old fuel

Hey guys, so i am back again, thanks for your previous advices, yes it worked all fine after charging the battery, but yesterday when i added fuel on a half 9 months old tank it started lagging right away and even stalling, can someone explain to le why and what to do por favor 👀😔

My leoncino is very thirsty. Last measure, around 8.4l/100km. That's almost 2x than it should be. I had different issues with it(dragging front brake, cam chain, hole in the exhaust), that are all fixed by now, but consumption won't go down. It's also decat and of course it will take a bit more, but not that much more. What might be the issue and what are possible solutions?
