A bit of context:
I am a gradute in physics (been 8 months almost) and I have been teaching for almost 5 years (I started teaching in my 2nd semester). I have always loved teaching and have been a part of the same institute for the past 3 years (not disclosing the name of academy). But I always had some issues with the CEO of academy and I guess my age is to blame. He is kinda old and greedy so his beliefs are shaped around profit, strictness and money. I am young keep a frank atmosphere between myself and students. Being almost of the same also helps.

So, 2 or 3 weeks ago a student of mine called and requested "sir mera admission academy walon ne bhijwaya tha college se or roll number slip unky pas hy but meri 3k fees rhti h or wo de ni rhe ab or mn abi pay ni kr skta ap unse request kr den"
As I am close to my students I requested to CEO of academy k "de den sir 3k k piche kya pura saal zaya krwaen gy" but somehow he got angry and started saying stuff like: "ap hoty kon hn ye kehne waly" I was surprised because I have been teaching there for 3 years and has given it all and this is how he pays me back. To make things short I paid 3k from my own pocket and decided to make my own academy. And alhamdulillah I started it today. Its a small setup not anything like KIPS but I have some of the best teachers you could find in Bahawalpur.

Im jus so fuckin confused ke konse college jaon bwp mein? should i pick PGC or KIPS or should i jus get into S.E college (parhne nhi jaon ga) and studies keliye kips acd shaam ko? This way it’ll be comfortable asf for me but one of my friend said, that i’ll miss out on trips, concerts etc(college life). Which makes sense..

Can anyone tell me which college should i choose or what to choose college ya phr academy? And also do suggest some good colleges too. If there are besides KIPS and PGC.
