After nearly 200 bb3

Just recently started collecting, and this one i just pulled has water eyes but they seem to be incorrectly filled? Is this a normal issue? (Completely clear on one eye with little glitter, other eye is completely filled with lots of glitter)

And I'm sure someone's already figured this out BUT, if you can use the idea, great! Happy collecting🥰
