You taking the BRZ or the Hatch?
Hey yall! Just got my 2024 BRZ TS last month and absolutely loving the car. Got some pics after a recent wash day. Not sure whose car is cooler now, mine or my wife’s!

Was patiently waiting 4 years to finally post here. I fucking did it. I got my 2023 sapphire blue brz limited. Got it with 21k miles. Paint is immaculate interior was well maintained and got a good deal on this car. It doesn’t feel real honestly. Reason why i got this now was because my 2002 accord took a shit recently and i told myself that whenever that happens that I’ll get this car. Was about to settle for a $10-15k car due to my accord unexpectedly shitting its self. But i took the risk and got this. I was literally thinking you only live once and im 25 now so its now or never. Im paying a bit more for a car but im still able to comfortably afford the payments which i love. To anyone out there trying to decide to get your dream or a normal daily. I say get that car you want IF AND ONLY IF you can afford it and not be tight on $ at the end of the day. But yeah do it for you and nobody else.
Heard the feedback loud and clear — went back and modeled the wing on a GR86. Mounts are still being refined for the GR86 trunk geometry. Thoughts?
Hey all! New owner to a 2024 and gonna do my oil change here soon. How many of you have switched to something like a 5W-30 and are any of you staying with 0W-20?
I’ve read through previous posts and forums and it seems pretty varied. I like the idea of something thicker but I read something about a warranty voiding with non recommended oil. The manual says 0W-20, but 5W-30 is ok if 0W-20 isn’t available and then switch back to 0W-20 next time.
Just looking for more data points! Thanks yall.
My excitement level is building! I have never test driven this car. I did test drive an FA20 maybe 7-8 yrs ago. Very calmly at that.
It'll be a whole new experience starting the engine for the first time. I will be driving straight to the tint/wrap shop from the dealer. PPF and ceramic coating off the bat. Excited to show you guys what I have planned for this twin!
Got it for 33k at 1.5k miles.
Love this thing 😁
Just curious to see everyone's collections and how many different diecast BRZs are out there! I've picked up these three so far.
I posted about my current mods a few days ago but I just got around to adjusting my clutch's bite point. This made a WORLD of difference, holy shit. I'm really not mechanically inclined, so when I saw I had to pull a pin, move some nuts and twist a bolt I was certain I would total the car or cause irreversible damage... I'm kind of a bitch that way.
It took me about 15 minutes to watch a video and then adjust the pedal to the exact place I want it to be (much closer to the floor rather than right at the end as you are releasing the pedal). I would highly encourage y'all to do it if you haven't already. Shifts and starting from a stop have improved so much. My wife no longer ricochets in the passenger seat. The physical pedal now sits almost in line with the brake pedal.
All you need is a 12mm and 14mm wrench (I'd recommend stubby ones, it's a little tight down there), along with some light and a YouTube video. I believe I did 2 or 2.5 full turns into the firewall on the clutch rod.
Edit: A good point from the comment, it is a do it at your own risk modification and make sure to be reasonable. Don't over do it and rotate the rod 10 times. You should make sure to shift through all the gears and listen for grinding to ensure the clutch fully engages and disengages. My 2 to 2.5 was plenty. If you're skeptical, consult the factory repair manual.

My plans fell through acquiring a Yuzu. I was so sad. I had my heart set on it. But as luck would have it, I managed to secure a BRZ tS Kaminari edition! It's 1 in 50 in Canada.
Can I just say, wow. Pictures do not do the car justice. It's really something seeing ours cars in person.
The Kaminari edition comes with the spoiler, vent accents and the STI V bars.
Here are a few pics I took at the dealership. First time I sat inside a 2nd Gen ZD8. It feels properly sporty. I'll take delivery within a week or so.
Excited for this new journey! 🍋
I'm surprised I don't see this done more. It looks pretty good IMO. Especially with the DRLs. Gives the BRZ a more aggressive look.
Front bumper scratched by a rock. Currently looking at anzhal lz premium retouch paint
Sub 9k miles so it’s brand new for a guy who has only driven cars that have 120k plus miles lol.
My first time going to the Portland Cars and Coffee meet and I find a first gen Series.Yellow yellow! I was so excited. Owner just got it with about 50K miles and said was owned by an older guy who likely garage baby-ed it.
Couple of different red GR86s, a blue BRZ and FRS and a completely gutted green 86. Only seat in it was the driver's seat. There were other cars... But who cares 😂😂
