For context, me & my boyfriend are from different states. He is from UP & an Awadhi. He can speak bits and pieces of my mother tongue but I can't speak his mother tongue. I want to learn his language and surprise him since for the next 1-2 months I will have a lot of time.

So can anyone tell me from where I can learn Awadhi(Shudh Awadhi, not any other language or dialect related to it).

खट्टा आम, टिकोरा, कच्चा कइथा, करउँदा, अँवरा (आँवला) खाइ लियै तौ दांत गोठिल होइ जात है ।

हिन्दी मा एहकी जगह कवन सब्द इस्तेमाल कीन जाय सकत है । हमै तौ आज तक समझ नहीं आवा कि हिंदी मा कइसे बतावय।
