Advice - Best gym supplements for 25 year old women?

I go to the gym daily and have started taking creatine which i love. Looking to maximise my workout and have heard L-citrulline so keen to try that too. Anything else I'm missing?

Thoughts on Carusos?

Chemist warehouse has just had a really good sale on these, with lots of products on offer. Its hard to find decent reviews on these that seem genuine/real, are they good/ worth it?

New listings coming soon to Australia: April 2026

  • Nuchev (Bio-Practica, etc.) Dropping a Pure Collagen COMPLETE with multiple hydrolysed collagen types — very much leaning into bone, joint + skin
  • Swisse
    • Swisse Nutra+ 2’-FL + Multibiome → combining prebiotic (2’-FL) + probiotics for gut + immune
    • Ultiboost Iron Gummies
    • Men’s Vitality Pro → libido/energy blend with maca, cistanche etc.
  • Wanderlust (BioHack range)
    • Cordyceps capsules (energy, immunity, stress)
    • KSM-66 Ashwagandha (stress, mood)
  • Microgenics
    • PMS Ease (vitex, dong quai, mag, B6)
    • Vaginal + Urinary Probiotic
    • Women Flora Restore → women’s health + microbiome is clearly a big focus
  • BioCeuticals
    • LipoCell Vitamin C + Glutathione → liposomal angle
  • Armaforce (cold/flu) Classic echinacea + olive leaf + vitamin C + zinc combo — immune category still very active
  • IsoWhey
    • NMN product (energy, wellbeing)
    • Menopause support blend (shatavari, black cohosh etc.) → interesting seeing a shakes brand push further into supplements
  • Nutra-Life / Vitaco Magnesium glycinate + creatine combos starting to pop up — more “performance meets recovery” crossover
  • Ostelin (Sanofi) D3 + magnesium glycinate combo — more daily bone + muscle support positioning

Big patterns I’m seeing:

  • Magnesium glycinate is everywhere Usually stacked with things like theanine, saffron, ashwagandha → sleep/mood/stress combos
  • NMN isn’t slowing down More brands launching higher dose + combo formats (resveratrol, glycine, etc.)
  • Women’s health is exploding Vaginal health, menopause, PMS — lots of targeted formulas
  • Hair health is trending hard Multiple new products targeting growth/thickness (saw palmetto, vitamins, minerals)
  • More “stacked” formulas vs single ingredients Brands are clearly trying to hit multiple benefits in one product
