See, if you set the bar low well and start building a narrative well ahead of time that an actor is bad, them doing even slightly better in the actual film makes it seem like they're amazingly talented.

Now, my theory is that both Aryan and SRK knew The Archies wasn't all that. And that Suhana wasn't all that in it. But they let her have that just so she can get a reality check.

She was sooo cocky at that red carpet. More than any of her co-stars. But I guess that's something young actresses who are incredibly pretty and know they are incredibly pretty, struggle with - mistaking the attention they get for their beauty as being attention for their talent.

Suhana is also lucky that the brunt of the trolling for The Archies got centred on poor old Khushi. Whatever little I've been able to watch of that film... Actually I just couldn't. Everyone is just insufferable in it. The whole thing is insufferable. And it's not that they acted badly, rather it's that they acted so good that it made me believe that they believe this is what it was supposed to be like.

If you watch Suhana's IG reels, you can see her "acting" especially when she's doing like a what's in my bag brand promo influencer kinda thing, and she has tells. Like you can tell when she was being lazy about the acting because it looks spoofy and her voice is weird.

And that is the difference between what she thinks is good acting and what a professional team can bring out of her.

I'm also not sure why her PR isn't plastering the internet with her short film. It's soooo good and it's such a contrast to what The Archies was.

At any rate, the comparison this critic-slash-influencer is making is harsh - and provocative! And that's what makes me wonder if this is PR!

You've got to feel for this guy! Imagine one half of your own family, the only one with grandparents and first cousins creating an invisible pressure that you follow their religion and being forced to say two prayers before bed just to please both sides (what kid enjoys saying even one?! And no, 7-8 yos don't get to have that much of a choice in this matter!)

Mind you this interview was taped/aired just four years after 9/11 when islamophobia was at its peak globally. I'm sure even as a child Aryan heard those debates and discussions and I wonder how it impacted him.

Compare his situation to Arhaan and Nirvaan - also products of a mixed faith marriage and yet, no one has ever had a problem with them heading out of a jumma prayer. In fact, they're regularly papped there. And they're the de facto heirs of Salman!

Same with Ibrahim. No one ever asked what his religion is. And no one ever had a problem with it. No debate about what religion his half brothers Taimur and Jehangir are and they're also half-Hindu!

In the interview, you can just sense Karan goading Gauri to admit that her side of the family are not ok that Aryan's leaning towards Islam.

And Gauri betrays her own sentiments on the matter too when she doesn't emphatically confront the issue by saying something like "so what if he follows his father's religion? He IS muslim!"

The little nudge Karan gives Suzanne saying she might be interested in hearing (that Aryan does both hindu and islamic prayers before bed) is also a bit scary to watch in hindsight.

How bad was islamophobia within Bollywood in the years after 9/11 if these top A listers were pussyfooting like this on the matter?!

I do feel bad for Aryan though. His siblings haven't had this question asked about them at all. No one cares if Suhana prays at all let alone being asked which gods to!

And I've not even come to the matter of Muslims, muslim boys and men in particular, forming the bulk of organised fan organisations of the Khans in general, and so far, Aryan's too, in particular. I'm still trying to document that phenomenon cz I think it's an important part of the story.

The funniest and probably the saddest part of this aspect of the guy's public persona is that anyone even suggesting that he's Muslim or that he follows hinduism as a secondary religion will get attacked.

It's 2026 and people are OFFENDED that a kid from a mixed marriage would want to be identified as Muslim - that too when he's already been singled out to be the subject of an insane islamophobic attack, unlike other mixed nepos within the same industry.

I wonder if it would have been easier for him had his bua gotten married and there were mixed/Muslim first cousins on his father's side. Or if his grandparents had been alive when he was born. Would Gauri and her family still be uneasy and iffy about Aryan following "his father's religion" in that case when she'd been living in a practicing Muslim family as a bahu before she gave their khandaan a waris?

Basically, She is 36 years old, in upcoming march, she will be 37 as what she said in different interviews. But she apparently celebrated her birthday showing she is 32. We wouldn’t care if she made it before the rumour with Shah Rukh Khan's elder son Aryan khan, although people are claiming she is the one who made the rumour and fueling it continuously.

Even imdb, BollywoodShadis, many brazilian magazines said she was born in 1990 makes her 36 in 2026. So, indian media took this and made a news that Aryan is rumoured to be dating a 7 years older than him model. Everyone started calling her aunty etc. And then, bamm💥 she was born in 1994😃🤭 Now, the age thing in media is : if you give auditions, they require your age, profiles, where you're from etc. And then, they put everything. Not Randomly. For example, if i was born in 2005, they won't randomly put my birth year in 1800. Then, why did she started playing these creepy games? And why after the rumour only? She edited her age after the rumour, she started wishing Aryan publicly while knowing it's going to sting Aryan real bad cz already a rumour was going on. And the interesting part is, she knows him since 2020/19. But started wishing him publicly only after the rumour. She definitely fueled the rumour.
