People of arunachal!

We are a group of 6 people travelling to tawang from Guwahati Airport. Seems like the google weather predicts rain. Would rain be an issue or is it manageable?

Please be honest about what all issues we would face because of the rain. Also, what are the roads like?

We are planning to go with a travel agency and its costing us around 15k per person for 6D 5N guwahati to guwahati. Is it better to go on our own or through travel agency?

Please let me know if there is anything else we should know.

Can anyone please help me with travelling ideas specifically in Arunachal from itanagar, recently i have this huge urge of travelling and exploring specially trekking, kindly please help me with places i can visit and is there any travelling group where i can tag along. Help
