Palace of Culture in Târgu Mureș is a masterpiece of the Art Nouveau (Secession) style in Transylvania, built between 1911-1913 at the initiative of mayor György Bernády. The building is distinguished by its majolica roof, special stained glass windows and interior decorations, and today houses the Philharmonic, the County Library and various art galleries.

Designed in 1900 by engineer Pietro Fenoglio, commissioned by the Padrini brothers.

The house shares some solutions common to other homes from Pietro Fenoglio's early production, such as the irregularly shaped internal staircase and the floral motifs painted on the facade.
