Echoes of Lineage - Preservation House Logo V1 Critique/Feedback Request

Hello, I am working on a monogram/logo concept for my business, a high-end vintage + antique curation and preservation brand called “Echoes of Lineage - Preservation House.” Please give me your honest critiques/feedback on the logo and why? Thank you!

The goal is to feel timeless, institutional, understated, heritage-driven, and quietly luxurious rather than trendy or overly ornate. Target audience is primarily interior designers and high-end residential clients.

I’d appreciate feedback on:

Overall balance/proportions

Whether the monogram feels refined vs generic

Circle vs no circle

Whether the composition feels centered and visually stable

What industry/brand category this immediately reads as

Whether it feels luxury, archival, preservation-focused, etc.

Whether the warm taupe/brown color palette feels elevated and timeless, or if it reads too soft/feminine/muted

If different color directions might better communicate “lived-in luxury” and heritage

I’m trying to avoid looking like:

a trendy small business

a fashion label

law firm

hotel chain

wedding branding
