I’m posting this because I genuinely don’t know what else to do. After 4,500+ hours in ARK, my account was hit with a global ban and full dev wipe without a single warning, message, or explanation.

My tribe and I had been actively getting hit by a mesher on our server. We provided locations, timestamps, and details. Instead of getting help, my entire character and progress were wiped.

I submitted an appeal through the official system and received only a generic response saying the ban was for “traveling in the mesh.” No evidence, no clarification, no investigation, no chance to explain.

I’ve never cheated, exploited, or meshed. I was literally reporting someone who was.

What makes this worse is that the enforcement removed access to paid digital content — DLC, character progression, and thousands of hours of gameplay — with no transparency or due process.

I’ve filed a BBB complaint and an FTC report because I don’t know how else to get a real human to look at this. I’m not asking for special treatment — just a proper review and an explanation.

If anyone has gone through something similar or knows how to get an actual person at Wildcard to review a wrongful ban, I’d appreciate any advice.

This has been incredibly discouraging after years of supporting the game.

Idk if i should spend my money ive looked at the images and it looks amazing i love the visuals if the maps but im unsure if its worth $15

Haven’t played since its release and at the time it wasn’t complete. I’ve heard it’s had a massive update so what’s the general opinion on it now?

Is it worth buying and playing?

I've always felt that Ark has something that I haven't found in other survival games and it's surprising to me that more games haven't tried to replicate its formula.

I'm currently developing a simple survival game inspired by Ark and Core Keeper, and I'd like to know:

- Apart from the dinosaurs, what are the best parts of Ark?

- What makes you keep coming back to it?

- What should a game have in order to scratch that Ark itch?

I play on PS5. I am not so much interested in the map itself (I hate snowy biomes in games) but I am interested in the features and creatures. Presently, I would really want to have and use the template hammer, but I trying to decide if that's worth paying 30. Of course, I'll be playing with everything except the map, but you get the idea.

So my boyfriend says that combining the mutations in a male dino and having about 30 clean females works better and faster than having seperate lines for all important stats. I honestly doubt that, especially for our argentavis since I want to breed mutations in 4 different stats… I believe with combined mutations things can get messy quickly and it doesn’t use the potential of the 20 mutations you can have before the rates drop. But maybe I’m wrong, I don’t have any experience yet. what is your approach to breeding and what do you think work best?

I'm getting into ark again after a long while, and really wanted to try out astraeos, I was wondering if anyone knew the differences between the paid and free version, and is it possible to transfer a save from the free to paid version if I want to upgrade?

Also, let me know if there are some other modded arks that are worth it

Im new to playing Ark Survival Ascended and i see tutorials and videos where people say “Oh its ONLY 500 DAYS to finish the game.” When if im correct, every day in ark is an hour? Thats 500 hours 😭 i can only play 1 or 2 hours in one sitting with my Audhd. Like cmon 😂😂 anywho with that being said..

How many hours have YOU spent on Ark Survival? (Either ark or both, name your hours)

For anyone on Single Player that has or still hasn't had trouble with the Aberration Ascension on Ascended... After you kill Rockwell, use the command PlayersOnly. When you hear the Ascension beginning noise run it again. You'll survive. Hooray. It took me a year and 500 hours on Ascended to figure that out, but hey... I'm here to share it with you.

Lost my stuff falling in to the spikes in ice cave in the island ( first time doing the cave ) is there anyway to get my stuff back??? Theres no bag or beam or anything on my screen and its infuriating to lost all my best equipment , playing solo mode. Thanks in advance
