Battery health is at 75% and back is shattered but intact.

If I replace the battery and maybe even the backplate, can I use it for another 3 years maybe?

What would it cost me and is it worth it?

I have a macbook pro m2 and from 3 months, it’s always warm and the fans are running most of the time despite low cpu usage. I am suspecting dust collection in the vents and the fans, so have decided to give it to the Apple Genuis Bar (if exists at Apple Bengaluru). I wanted to know if they would charge me to clean it or is there any other trusted place where I can give? Please help me out. I am only asking this because they did not charge my friend in the UK.

TLDR; wanted to know if Apple Bengaluru would charge to get my fans and vents of my MacBook Pro cleaned.
