I already submitted a ticket. This is my second payout request on this account. I had 1 drawdown violation (more that the % allowed) but the account was not blown. Proceeded to trade 8 more days after that violation and got signal in dashboard that it was eligable for payout. Then they turn around and say because of the violation I didnt meet the requirements. What else do I need?

how long do I wait for a ticket response related to payout method that I need to change (miss-input) + I’m eligible for a payout on one of my accounts that I honestly don’t want to miss out on
note that I sent the ticket on the 8th or 7th 🙃
do I wait for a week? 2 weeks?
also note that on the website it says “estimated response time : “a month ago(?)””
it must mean “in” a month (I suppose) but must I really wait an entire month just to change something as important as this?
I’d really appreciate guidance here or at least an answer on anything related to this
