This still is a frame from the Shoushimin Series, an anime. It was on screen for 4-5 sec. It is a rendition of kira city in japan.

So, my question is why is it so detailed? It could not have been made from zero for a 4 sec shot, so what method did they use to make it?

My guesses are:

1. Drawn form the actual picture of the place.
2. The actual image was anime-fied.

Sakuga from One Piece episode 1074!

This is one of my personal favorite scenes in the series. It is three minutes of amazing, continuous sakuga. In my opinion, the quality gets even better as the clip goes on, so please watch until the end if you can!
