Made the decision to upgrade to Plat yesterday. Call took 1 hour (waiting and constantly being passed around) and was told upgrade was done. I received an email telling me I’d got the plat travel insurance but nothing more.
Later on I got a call saying the upgrade had failed. 4 hours on the phone over two days and still none the wiser on what is going on. I’m in limbo. Agents are now saying the upgrade offer isn’t there on my account but it’s still a gold account
The cherry on the top, to speak to a supervisor it takes 3-5 working days ‘but rest assured this has been sent to the back office’ eta for their reply 7-10 working days.
Can’t make it up.
Anyone had anything similar?
