Yay or nay

Acquired a snowy river; just curious if the group thinks this suits me or not.

Bought my first Akubra Cattleman in fawn about 5 years ago. Worn it on the ranch, in the water, and everywhere in between. It's stained dirty, and a bit floppy... And while I love it for all those reasons, I needed something that looked a bit nicer as well. Apparently the Kiandra isn't a popular model so I was able to score this one on sale for $200 in my size.

A new hat always takes a bit to get used to but I'm really taking to this one well.

Got myself a Brumby. Boss told me it suits me.

Wanted a nice hat that would last a lifetime and change up my style, and decided to go Australian over a traditional western. Wearing it out casually to work, and really loving it so far.

Finally set up a proper rack for the collection

Took me some time to figure out something appropriate, I found this on Amazon. Didn't realise it's in three sections, requiring six screws... so I ruled out putting it in the plaster (I rent) and decided the side of the cabinet in the living room would be a good spot.

Fair dinkum, sometimes you just need proper Aussie gear when you're trekking across Europe.

The Brumby is a total ripper—tough enough for the long hauls and looks heaps better than a lot of European hats 🇦🇺 🤠

Grandpa said to come over, went over and he surprised me with this! What do would one usually wear with this? Would I seem like a poser if I wore this (i live in the city area). Also would you tuck your hair when wearing the hat?

Anyway thanks!
