I'm a freelance web developer and AI automation consultant based in Ahmedabad, and I'm looking for a motivated closer or appointment setter to partner with on a commission-only basis.

I build websites, AI chatbots, lead capture systems, workflow automations, and business tools for local SMBs — the kind of stuff business owners genuinely need but have no idea how to get. My job is delivery. Your job is getting them in the door.

What you'll be doing:

Cold outreach (calls, DMs, WhatsApp, email) to local business owners

Qualifying leads and walking them through what's on offer

Closing deals or booking a discovery call with me

Following up consistently — this is where most deals actually close

Keeping clean records of conversations and deal stages

What I'm looking for:

Some experience with B2B cold outreach or sales (even informal)

Comfortable talking to business owners in Hindi/Gujarati/English

Strong follow-up discipline — you don't let leads go cold

Self-managed, organised, and hungry to earn

Based in India preferred, Ahmedabad a bonus

Compensation:

100% commission-based

₹20,000+ per closed deal depending on service sold

No ceiling — consistent closers earn well

Long-term partnership if it works out
