Thank you all for your patience! We are pleased to announce that —

ACECRAFT: Sky Hero (Android Platform) has officially been back online since 05/10! App access has now been fully restored across both iOS and Android platforms. The game is available for normal play, and our team is continuing to restore the remaining features.
📍 Please note that payment services on the Android platform are temporarily unavailable as we actively work with Google Play to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Here is the detailed information for the resumption:

I. What to Do After Service Resumes?👀

1. Download the new client
   - After service resumes, you will need to download the latest version of the ACECRAFT: Sky Hero client.
2. Log in and continue your progress
   - Your account data has been preserved during the suspension period.
   - Simply log in with your previously linked account (Google, Facebook, Apple ID, etc.) to continue the game from where you left off.
3. What if I find something wrong with my progress?
   - Please contact us via email as soon as possible at acecraft-us@skystone.games, and provide the following if possible:
   - Your account information (ID / Nickname)
   - Device and system information
   - Screenshots of the issue
   We will do our best to help you and restore your progress.

II. Patience Reward Plan and How to Claim It🎁
To thank you for your patience during the long wait, we are offering rewards for the days our service was not available:
📌Important Note: The following rewards are exclusive to the Android platform for ACECRAFT: Sky Hero. Please note that separate exclusive rewards were previously distributed to iOS players upon the restoration of service on that platform.

The suspension lasted for 111 days. Every eligible Pilot will receive:

1. Reward based on the total number of suspended days: [Recruit Ticket ×111, Diamond ×11100, Stamina ×11100, Tempus Token ×111,000, Gold - 24H ×555, EXP Soda - 24H ×222, Blueprints - 24H ×111, Universal Trial Permit ×222, Premium Key ×555, Ampere Battery ×111, Pappo Fruit ×880]. Please note that the quantity of Pappo Fruit is calculated starting from the day the Pappo feature launched.

2. If you purchased Privileges or Passes that were active during the suspension period, you will receive the following reward:
   - Permanent Privilege: Reward based on the total number of suspended days: [Diamond ×7770, Stamina ×3330, Gold - 12H ×111, EXP Soda - 12H ×111, Blueprints - 6H ×111, Premium Key ×222, Silver Scissors ×1110]
   - Monthly Pass, Weekly Privilege Pass, Stamina Pass, Navigator Pass: We will reissue all unclaimed rewards after service resumes.

3. Extra reward:
   - After service resumes, we will send an extra one-time reward of [Diamond ×12,000, Skyward Recruit Ticket ×40, Power Cube ×40, Recruit Ticket ×40, Premium Key ×120, Treasure Key ×40].
   - Since the resumption of operations went beyond our expectations, we're adding a one-time reward of [Epic Amplification Badge ×1，Cloudia Collectible Pack ×24].

4. Eligibility
   - All Pilots who registered an account in ACECRAFT: Sky Hero (Android Platform) before the suspension (01/19/2026 22:00 UTC-8).
   - Reward will be issued per account and is not tied to a specific device.

5. How to Claim
   - Log in to the game and head to the Menu - Mail to claim all compensation.
   - Since the Patience Reward Plan includes many items, you might receive multiple emails. Don't forget to check them out.

III. Missed Events During the Suspension 🗓️
We will bring back and reschedule events you've missed during the suspension period. They will be announced and launched in different batches after the game resumes. For the full schedule, please check our earlier event announcement.

IV. Features Currently Not Fully Restored🔔
While the app has been restored, some features are still being worked on and will not be available immediately. We would like to clarify this in advance:
⭐Special Note: This only applies to ACECRAFT: Sky Hero (US version). The ACECRAFT version in other regions is unaffected.

1. Official Purchase Store

- Payments on the Android platform are currently unavailable; we are actively negotiating with Google Play to restore service.
- The official purchase store is temporarily unavailable.
2. In-game Customer Support
- The in-game customer support system may not function properly.
- If you need help or encounter issues, please contact us via email.

We will reply and assist you as soon as possible.
3. In-game Notice Page
- In-game notices and news cannot be displayed properly for now.
- To ensure you don't miss important information, please follow our social media channels first.
We will continue doing everything we can to restore the features above, and we will keep you informed.
