Mexicans Don't Billboard. Do you agree?

He stated in recent vlad interview, mexicans haven't been on recent billboard top 100 - excluding him. Do you agree?

I would argue, that most mexicans rappers would rather rap in spanish. I would also argue that English-Speaking mexican rappers are a minority.These are just possible causes im pulling out on why mexicans don't billboard, would you say this is true?
