What's this , any harm ?

Im not sure if I still have a 37mm launcher. Or at least one suitable for these.

When cruising through this group, I cannot seem to find a repository of .stl or similar for non DD form 1 exempt payload assembles. Dose such a repository exist? Message me if that's best. Much appreciated.

Just messing around with the LED light model and my MILC 2.0 compatible shells. Need more cores Launcher pope! 🤣😎👍

3D printed cone and base. 3D printed TPU gasket. Aluminum container. Fiberglass tube and fuse for delay. When I load these with smoke composite, I drill 12 holes in the container and tape around them with electrical tape to allow smoke to burn through. A small Pyrodex charge launches up to 225 yards.

This is an IWA ML37, on a modified spikes 9in stock setup.

I'm new to 37mm stuff, should be fun.

Test at 100 yards chalk filled aerial signal device. 50 grains pyrodex 777 lift charge and little less than 1/4 oz 777.

Been thinking about grabbing an upper with this handguard, could I hypothetically mount one of the shorter 9" spike launchers to the distal half of the handguard and manipulate the controls with an mlok broom handle foregrip? Idk if it would break the handguard with extended use or just be unfathomably unwieldy, just build crafting

Ive been working on an improvement to the original HiDLo base that went out a few months back. Rev1 had a tendency to rip the skirt off the pusher and didn't seal the bore the way I had hoped. Rev2 fixes that. So far ive seen a marked improvement to fps (10-15fps) for the same powder charge and no more skirt damage to the pusher!

Working on the final product lines. These are 209/pyrodex 777 DIY kits. You add the powder and the primer. Will be sold in 6 packs with one of each color. 😎👍 Smokeless version coming. Still T&E on those.
