A year ago when I created my account, little did I know I'd end up hosting meetups, meet people from across the country and make so many friends. This has been a roller coaster of a ride and I hope will continue to be one.

A few days ago I was craving a Cream of Mushroom soup with garlic bread and people just showed up on a random weekday evening, to catch up and enjoy good food together.

This was an unexpectedly fun evening that went on late into the night. There was great food, (☕ iykyk), great conversation with some of the best company. Ended the night with the Thaati Munjal Mango Malai & Kachi Keri Ice cream from Creamstone.

I'm so grateful for the community I have here. To all the people that made my first year here as amazing and life-changing as it was, you know who you are, thank you!

Not here for time pass… I’m here for a real connection with a little spark 🔥

I am 23M , I know it's 30 singles giving a try my luck so I like deep conversations but I won’t lie, I also enjoy those quiet moments where words aren’t needed just eye contact, a smile, and that unspoken chemistry.

I want someone who can match my vibe—sweet but a little dangerous, soft but knows how to tease. Someone who understands that attraction isn’t just physical… it’s energy, presence, and how you make someone feel without even trying.

If you can make my heart race and my mind calm at the same time we might get along really well. 😉

Hey, putting this out here…

If you're open to Hyderabad, this might be worth a read.

About me

Just turned 32, 5’7”

Based out of Hyderabad, well settled here

Working as an MLOps Architect in a product-based company (~50 LPA)

Life’s been a bit different for me. I lost my parents and sister during COVID, so it’s just me here now. I do stay connected with extended family, but over time I’ve grown into being independent and grounded.

Did my Master’s in England (2023–24), which changed how I look at life — a lot more practical, open-minded, and people-first now.

I’m not rigid about religion or background. Born Hindu (Kapu), but I don’t operate with strong labels — I value how someone thinks and treats others more than anything else.

Personality & lifestyle

Non-smoker, non-drinker

Non-vegetarian

I like to keep life simple, peaceful, and drama-free

Emotionally available and value honest communication

Believe in “live and let live”

I enjoy traveling — not just ticking places off, but actually experiencing them. Also someone who enjoys long drives, whether it’s a car or a bike.

I take care of myself physically and plan to stay consistent with fitness.

What I’m looking for

Prefer someone not older than 31

Working professional (someone with her own space, mindset, and independence)

Based in Hyderabad or open to moving here

Someone who values clarity, mutual respect, and emotional maturity

Should be easy to talk to, grounded, and not into unnecessary drama

A few practical things

I prefer building a life independently as a couple, with our own space and privacy

I respect individuality — both should have their own interests and identity

If this resonates, feel free to reach out with a bit about yourself 🙂

Happy One Year!

It was truly one happy year. One post that led me to creating a subreddit, a group chat, finding friends, creating a community and hosting meetups, I couldn't have imagined this is where it would lead to, but this has really been amazing & fun.

From meeting over coffees to lunches to watching movies to playing Mafia (thanks to u/Ad_Ketchum who so graciously hosts everytime) & boardgames to having conversations, some deep & some superficial to connecting with people with similar interests- the meetups had it all.

Cheers to all of you, for the people you met & the friendships you made through this sub.

A big thank you u/shynerd52 for creating the sub and bringing my vision to life.

Thank you u/Fine_Comfortable_348 for helping me moderate the sub. Thank you u/Various-Status-1529 for motivating me (since the first meetup until now). Special thanks to u/Immediate-Back-7235 for always traveling so, so far to join us. And thank you u/KodiPulao for this nostalgic edit!

Mounjaro/ Ozempic

Seeing these everywhere and curious what real people think — not just the polished before/afters.
Currently on it, tried it, or considering it — I’d love to know:
• What made you start (or hesitate)?
• Side effects — how bad, did they fade?
• Has your relationship with food/hunger changed?
• Any regrets?
No judgment, just genuinely curious 👇
