Help me understand what I’m missing here— I love everything about Outgunned…*except the mechanics*. I ran a session, and everything bogged down when it came to the dice rolling. People looking at dice, sorting them into matching sets, deciding whether to roll again, them sorting and matching, then deciding to roll again… what should have been a rapid-fire fistfight just came to a standstill.

I want to like this system, I really do, but I must be missing some key element to make this fast paced and exciting.
