Caroline's unifrom is TOO SHORT

Don't get me wrong, I love mini dresses and skirts, but Caroline's uniform is way too short. That length is just unflattering. For someone who claims to love fashion, she should have asked for a piece that’s more comfortable to work in and easier on the eyes. Just my opinion, though!

Sofie being rude

I never understood why sofie hated or was rude to caroline

I mean at first when she was introduced it was all very normal but in later episodes she was coming so strong onto caroline

max shouldn’t have gotten caroline fired from the corporate job

i hated max for getting caroline fired from the corporate job in season 2. i mean i get it that you want her to have a dream and all, but quitting a corporate job to work for a diner when they were already struggling? c’mon. that’s why they’re 2 broke girls haha. i get it that if caroline did take that job, she would’ve completely pushed away the dream of a cupcake business away and we wouldn’t have content for the show. but it’s still a little shitty from max’s side.

also i’m in season 2 right now so i could be wrong but they could’ve just operated just as a cloud kitchen (but i get it, that concept probably did not exist back then). like, how easy would it have been if food delivery apps existed back then. small businesses like theirs would’ve gotten so much support. i can totally imagine them working together with apps like swiggy, zomato, etc. (like bakingo) and their business prolly would’ve boom boom boomed.

It has been reported that the producers of Shifting Gears are aiming for a reunion, in which Beth Behrs could make a guest appearance alongside Kat Dennings.

I'm a little disappointed at how they treat breakups

I'm watching the show from start to finish for the first time (used to watch some random eps on tv) and overall I really like the show, it's been my comfort show for the past months. However, one thing I feel uneasy about are how they treat the breakups.

I'm at the Hollywood arc right now and Ryan just broke up with Max and yeah she's sad but that's it. They just treat it like a normal thing in this show. Same with Andy and Zeke. Caroline was head over heels with Andy and then bye, I know they had different views relationship wise but like not even a small comedy cry moment eating ice cream or something? And with Zeke I felt sad, I loved that couple and they were really cute, they LOVED each other and then out of the blue bye, and the next ep like nothing happened.

I know it's a comedy show but even in other comedy shows they give it more closure and importance idk... it's like relationships don't matter at all in the show and it makes it feel really cold sometimes... like nothing really matters and they don't care about each other.
