What are the obvious signs that someone grew up in stoke on trent/is a local?

From the posture, manner of walking to volume of voice...what are they?

I am talking about everyday basic shit.

Feel like my life has passed by. I have no hope and lived so long in survival mode and grieve the person I could have been or life I did not have.
