Xiaomi Tab 8 Pro as a Student

I’m considering getting the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro with the Focus Pen Pro and Focus Keyboard for school and general use, and I have a few questions.

How well does palm rejection work with the Focus Pen Pro in Xiaomi’s official Notes app? Is it reliable when writing naturally with your hand resting on the screen? For example, does it ever register unintended touches, cause flickering, or interrupt input when lifting the pen or trying to zoom?

How does the palm rejection compare in other apps that are commonly used by students and are compatible with Xiaomi/Android? Are there any note-taking apps you would specifically recommend where palm rejection works really well?

More generally, how is the overall experience of using the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro as a student device? This includes note-taking, media consumption (like Netflix), and some casual gaming. Is the display comfortable to use in low-light conditions, and how is the writing experience overall?

How is the battery, how long does it take to charge the tab 8 pro to 100% and how long can I use the tab until the battery runs out for example from Monday to Friday only in school and for learning. Is the battery life also good?

Would you say it’s worth buying for both school and everyday use?
