Trying to find the balance of definition and volume!

Routine:

Once a week hair washing using innersense harmony hair bath for the first shampoo, innersense scalp renew hair bath on second shampoo.

Then innersense color radiance conditioner, leave it in 5 mins, detangle and rinse.

Then after showering I section hair into 6 sections and distribute innersense sweet spirit leave in conditioner liberally, and innersence I create volume volumeizing lotion. Some sections I take through with fingers, the top and front sections I use a styling brush. I plop with a T-shirt for 40 mins, then switch to a more dry T-shirt and add silk bonnet on top of I am sleeping. Otherwise I air dry after first tshirt.

No heat, no dye, no high tension styles. Mostly I use a French pin or claw clip to get hair out of face. I wear down on day one and two, the rest of the time I have it up in a protective bun. I add jojoba oil to my ends sometimes if they are dry, and I dust the ends myself. I sit and do search and destroy method a few times a month.

My rat got out. Help please.

I came home tonight and my rats had made an escape. Only one of them is missing. I don't know what to do. They're only 5 months old so she was skinny enough to fit through the hole.

I've already ordered a metal pan to replace this plastic once so that this doesn't happen again. I've given them tons and tons of chew toys, lots of foraging toys, a dig bed, lots of hides, their cage is beautiful and chaotic and there's a thousand ways to get all over the place. I thought it was enough enrichment. They're in the main room of my house, the living room / dining room / kitchen area. I don't know where she went. I'm a space is so expansive. All I know is that she didn't get outside. The other ratty baby is halfway upstairs in her hammock. I put a box with some of Pearl's nesting materials and her favorite snacks in it in the middle of the living room. I'm hoping if she's under the couches she'll come find it. I also put a piece of cheese in front of the door of her cage and I left it open. I've just been really quiet and sitting here for about an hour and I haven't seen her yet. I'm really panicking and I feel like such a bad rat mom. Please help me.
