Hi everyone. My mom recently purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX. There is one big issue. I’m not able to use Apple CarPlay. The USB ports were upgraded as Android Auto activates when using both. I’m wondering if CarPlay wouldn’t work because I have to new of a phone? I have the iPhone 17 and this is after Apple switched from Lightning port to USB C on their phones a few years back. My mom has a 14 Pro Max but we haven’t tested it due to her not having the right cable. If the issue is with the fact I have a USB C iPhone? If so does anyone know if those USB Wireless Car Play adapters are good to use in the car?
