First time grow - plant not ugly yet but the soil looks like crap

Before you say anything, yes the soil is bad. I was in a hurry in getting a pottting mix as I was wanting to get started right away. Didn't check and got a loam potting mix.

Anyways, I'm still kinda stoked about this one and now I actually need your help.

Should I uproot this and fully change the media or let this continue and transplant to a new mix with this current soil with it?

9 days old, 2 days of growth. I mistakenly used loam soil potting mix so I'm thinking these are probably stunted and still fighting urges to water it for 2 days.

Running on 18/6, one is garlic cookies and the other is a random bag seed. Pretty sure both is photo and planning to do a "TempleGrower" style microgrow. But also thinking of growing it bigger to keep clones.

Now, my question is, I want to transplant this to a bigger pot but this time I'm mixing pumice (haven't found perlites here in my area) to increase drainage and a 3gal fabric pot so can I uproot this and transfer the entire plant or just keep the dense soil and just add the new mix around?

Strong urges to keep messing with it but I know that would 100% kill them lol.
