I started looking into pepti͏des and GLP͏-1s and there’s a lot of information lol. Every time I search one thing I find 10 more things. wondering how people start without wasting money or bu͏ying low quality items online so help me?

1st question how did you figure which peptide was right to start with? I went on Hers and did their quiz and they recommended compounded semag͏lutide. They have different price points depending on quantity but I’m not sure how people decide on something like that. If you buy and try to save money long term what’s the usual way to judge if it’s worth it? 2nd When you find a peptide you want to learn about what’s the next step? reddit threads, Pubmed, vend͏or reviews, COAs? Also curious what fr͏ee sites or tools people use. I keep seeing dosing calculators, vendor checker sites, peptide databases but dont know if thats legit. Any beginner advice or good resources would help.

There’s this older house that looks very good structurally that I’m interested in. However, there’s one qualm I have and that the home, originally built in the 1950s, has asbestos siding. I’m aware of some potential risks if we decided to disturb the siding in any like exposing myself to asbestos fiber inhalation and creating airborne dust which can be damaging to the lungs.

How do I proceed with handling this asbestos siding? Is there a resource I can find that will help me approach the handling or disposal of this siding?
