Cloth Wipes

I spend ~$20/mo on disposable wipes now. I have green mountain diaper cloth wipes, but found it annoying to wet the wipes each time at the sink before each diaper change so I stopped using cloth wipes. However, I cloth diaper full time, and it seems like a waste to not use the wipes I already have.

I was thinking of getting the esembly wipe up wash/foamer, it's $26.50 but I'm not sure how long the kit lasts. If it lasts at leas two months it's a cheaper option than buying disposable wipes. But I'm curious, how are people handling cloth wipes with poop and babies eating solids? Would I need to hand wash the wipes/get any solid chunks off before they go in the laundry?

Hi, I'm curious what others are doing for play areas. I live in a small apartment and currently have the lovevery play mat. Baby has started pseudo-crawling now and is going off the play mat and onto the carpet/hardwood, even near the cat's littlerbox. I would rather create an intentional play space for my baby, but so many play mats are too huge for my apartment.

Are there any larger play gyms, with gates or something that is harder to break out of that people would recommend?

I'd love some ideas!
