Hey i live in boca and was raised here in south florida Ive passed through your city a handful of times but for the first time yesterday had the chance to actually get on the beach and broadwalk. I must say, you guys have the best beachfront by far in south florida and a great downtown area as well that i have yet to see be too crowded anytime ive been.

Been working industry a few years now. Place I've been at over a year now is really starting to mess with me. Coworker quit end of last summer and they asked me to cover temporarily as treasury support, this was 6+ months ago and no I wasn't fairly compensated during annual raise but oh well. My biggest issue is my boss is starting to try to blur the lines between me being support and actual treasury analyst.
Everything mentioned above has put me in a position where I'm more stressed out than Ive ever been at a job, even on the days I wfh (have worked late hours & weekends because of this). How do I get my boss stop all the bs and hire someone and relieve my stress. I drop subtle hints the other day that the team needs a breather since we just finished annual audit (which if I didn't lead was the 2nd in command) and she made a comment about her still having a public accounting mindset something to that note and then carried on to have me start a treasury project with a colleague 😞.
My intentions when starting to work here was to plant my feet and really master my knowledge in accounting not work in treasury, any suggestions?
