I am planning on installing a filtration system in my villa also to include under the sink filter for drinking. I have quotation from 2 companies for around 5k aed for both and yearly maintenance covered for 2 years. I was thinking of going to dragon mart to look for this is it worth it going there and buying it from there? Or with these people it would be worth it?

Planning to do some work to my townhouse before I move in, this is the quote I have received let me know if its appropriate. Its going to be for a 3 bedroom townhouse 1900 sqft builtup.
-Full painting of villa (walls only) including preping
of walls and filling in any holes or cracks. Using
Jotun Rich Matt paint (light color)- 4700 aed if I get jotun fenomastic wonderwall paint- 5800 aed
-Ac cleaning indoor outdoor 4 units- 1200 aed
-Duct cleaning and disinfecting- 1680 aed
-Water tank and water heater cleaning and disinfecting- 800 aed
-Thorougly cleaning and pressure
washing roof, putting mesh tape on
cracks and applying two coats of waterproof- 800 aed
Any room for negotiation on this or the price is fair?

I understand procuring the material by myself will be cost effective which I am ready to do apart from that what else do you think is the way to minimise the cost? Before I start asking in general how much discount should I be discussing with them?
