I’m currently building a small YouTube team and looking for a thumbnail designer to join us.
Right now I’m running 2 channels (gaming / variety content), and I’ve already got 2 editors onboard working with me as we grow together.
What I’m looking for:
• Someone creative who understands YouTube-style thumbnails (CTR-focused)
• Open to experimenting and improving over time
• Interested in being part of a long-term project, not just one-off work
What you get:
• Your work featured on active channels
• Credit + portfolio building (your work will be showcased properly)
• Potential long-term position as the channels grow
This is more of a collaborative setup right now, but I’m aiming to build something serious and scale it up.
