I’m staying in Hanoi for several weeks and want to go out for a morning jog at around 5am and wanted to get peoples opinions on if it was OK to do so given AccuWeather shows air quality between 120 and 150…

I’m staying in the Ba Dinh district and have been loving my time in Hanoi so far 🙂!
