I recently started working out and want to try creatine, but I’m a bit unsure if it could cause any issues. I know it’s usually fine if you stay hydrated, but I’d love to hear people’s experiences 🥲🥲🥲

Is it working for anyone?? Or am I doing it wrong
I got into 3 UCs already (UCR, UCSC, and Davis TAG), which I’m super grateful for, but now I’m waiting on UCLA, UCSD, and Berkeley and my anxiety is somehow worse?? Like instead of being happy I’m overthinking everything and convincing myself I’m gonna get rejected from all 3…. Also lowkey feeling imposter syndrome like the ones I got into don’t mean anything compared to the others. Please tell me I’m not the only one spiraling like this lol
