So no response on social media to their thousands of followers. Instead the Sands have made a vague statement to The Irish Times saying their fight for the victims of online abuse continues and that they're reviewing the ruling before considering their next steps.

I don't see how they can get this overturned because they didn't serve Seb, plain and simple. Do we think they'll try and get Seb on something else, or focus on another area/thread of tattle?

There is actually a date been released this morning

The judgement will be heard on 5th May at 10.00 am.
