Hi everyone,

Just got my first apartment (yayyy). I had a layout plan made by someone but I am still open to changes.

Note that the bathroom must be next to the toilet...

I am also planning to put the desk in front of the window.

The kitchen counter and the electronics could be placed otherwise.

My only issue is that I don't want people to go through the kitchen to access the bathroom. I need to find another floor plan without losing to many space.

The laundry room can be smaller.

The entrance is bellow the kitchen (hallway).
