Ive been getting eyelash extensions for about a year now, so my lash lady told me i need a break to let small hairs grow etc. What can I do to keep them healthy? And will pre glued sticky lashes damage them or will it still count as a break?! I feel so insecure without them and dont want the day to come where I have no real eyelashes and cant have extensions or stick ons :(
