Anyone change their grill?

Started having this dash warning as I’ve changed my grill: ‘PCS Currently Unavailable’

I have the 08 G Package with Radar Cruise Control. Switched my grill to the base model trim - for looks and blackout. Noticed started to have this on the dash

Ideally would like to remove it or have a fix for it without taking off the fuse switch. Can anyone recommend a fix?

I have this on going rattle with my GRS204 in the rear of my cabin.

Can’t seem to find the source other than the metal roof itself

Lining is okay, clips to the frame is good (even foamed and tesa tape it) closed cell foamed everywhere. Mostly happens when it’s hot. Any fixes ? Sounds like metal on metal?
